The Young Peoples’ Health Team aim to develop and deliver a broad based health service for all young people aged 12-25 years in Perth and Kinross including those who are

• Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
• Looked after by the local authority
• Young Carers

We believe that all young people have a right to an informal confidential service which can be easily accessed is open-minded and respects confidentiality.

 We aim to promote opportunities and highlight relevant issues for young people through offering advice, information and support to enable the young person to make informed choices.

 We believe that the participation of young people is central to developing services.

 We offer information advice and support on any health issue i.e., emotional, relationship and sexual health.
