Hipshire Community Learning Partnershipis a Highland Perthshire community partnership open to all groups and individuals living and / or working in the community of Highland Perthshire.

Associate Membership is available to businesses in Highland Perthshire for a small fee.

Hipshire aims to :

• help people living in Highland Perthshire to engage in learning opportunities
• promote social inclusion for all ages, all peoples, all interests and all needs
• build increased community capapcity in Highland Perthshire
